Supporting You Through the Full Life of Your Product
At Humminbird and Minn Kota, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we make. Our commitment doesn’t end at purchase—we’re here to support you throughout your product’s full lifecycle.
Standard support and service policy details:
- Warranty Support: We provide full support for products under warranty, typically for 2 to 3 years from the original purchase date. Review your product’s warranty terms for specific details.
- Out-Of-Warranty Services: For up to 5 years from the last date of product manufacture, we offer repair services—even after the warranty period ends.
- Software Feature Updates: We provide software updates with new features and mapping support as long as the product is currently being manufactured.
- Software Issue Updates: For up to 3 years from the last date of product manufacture, we provide software updates for significant software and mapping issues.
While we strive to maintain repair parts, availability may vary depending on component lifecycle and inventory. In some cases, timelines may be extended—or shortened—based on part supply.
If a product is no longer repairable due to unavailable parts, we will do our best to provide trade-up options, helping you transition to a newer solution with continued performance and reliability.
