What software version are you currently running on your ICE HELIX 5?
The most recent software update varies depending on what version you are currently running. Please check your software version number in your settings and click on the appropriate answer below.
If you are currently running software version 2.180 or older, you will need to install software version 2.320.
You will also need to update your Humminbird Basemap once version 2.320 is installed. A link to do this will be provided on the following page.
If you are currently running software version 2.280, you will need to install software version 2.330.
You will also need to update your Humminbird Basemap once version 2.330 is installed if you have not already done so. A link to do this will be provided on the following page.
