Software Update - SOLIX G3 Series v. 4.210

Software Description
IMPORTANT SOFTWARE UPDATE NOTES:
- Head unit software MUST be installed BEFORE installing any accessory software.
- On SOLIX G3, software version 3.900 or greater must be installed prior to 4.210. No damage will occur if 3.900 or greater is not installed, but the update will not be successful.
- Once 4.210 is installed, the factory recovery will be updated to 4.210. You will not be able to recover back to previous software versions.
- The defaults will be restored when 4.210 is installed.
- Support for AS 360 SSI, AS 360 TM, AS 360 TM UL has been removed from this software. There is no effect on MEGA 360 products.

Accessory Software:
- MEGA Live version 1.300 should be installed on MEGA Live transducers to use software version 4.210 on SOLIX and APEX.
- MEGA Live Target Lock version 1.180 should be installed on MEGA Live Target Lock accessory systems to use software version 4.210 on SOLIX and APEX.
- i-Pilot Link version 1.440 or newer should be installed on i-Pilot Link Minn Kota trolling motors to use software version 4.210 on SOLIX and APEX
- Advanced GPS Navigation System software package version 2.200 or newer should be installed on Minn Kota Advanced GPS Navigation System enabled motors manufactured in 2024 or after to use software version 4.210 on SOLIX and APEX.

Software Prerequisites
- You will need:
- software version 3.500 or later (see note at top of this page)
- a working MMC/SD reader/writer device attached to your PC and
- a formatted 32GB or smaller Class 10 Micro SD with adapter or a MMC card
Instructions
- IMPORTANT NOTES:
- DO NOT POWER OFF THE UNIT DURING THE UPDATE
- If you lose power to the unit during the software upgrade process, the unit will likely need to be returned to the factory for updating.
- Save the .UPD file to your PC (this will most likely be saved in your Downloads folder) then move the .UPD file to your SD card
- You must have at least 960 MB of free space on this card.
- Important! Before proceeding, make sure to remove any other card that may be present, such as a LakeMaster, Zero Lines, Navionics, etc., from the unit before initializing the new update.
- Insert the SD card into your unit and follow your typical download instructions for the product.
- Occasionally you may find a file within the folder that includes the word patch. You should load the patch file to your unit also. Typically this patch will be something that fixes a bug caught late in the approval process. The patch will correct this bug.
